Admissions

Admissions Requirements

To enroll your child, the following will be required at the time of enrollment:

  • a one-time, non-refundable $25 registration fee

  • annual supply fee of $100 (covers the cost of healthy snack, juice, all art supplies…etc) If enrolling mid-year, this fee will be prorated.

  • a security deposit equal to one month’s tuition. This deposit will be credited back to you as your final month’s tuition.

Space permitting, additional days can be scheduled to make up for absences. There will be no refunds for days missed, and each month's tuition is equal.

One month’s notice is required to terminate enrollment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will cause forfeiture of the deposit.

Virginia law requires the following forms to be completed before attending our program:

2024-25 Application Form

Collects general family information for the initial school enrollment process

 

Medical Care Immunization

Specifies required immunizations with dates received, signed by parent and physician.

 

Family Information

Specifies pertinent telephone numbers, addresses and emergency contacts

 

Emergency / Medical Information

Specifies pertinent telephone numbers, addresses and emergency contacts

 

All About My Child Form

Provides Freetown Friends with specific details of your child (optional)
